Our Process
Analyse your Goal
We perform an interview that is used to understand the client’s long-term goals and what they seek to gain from our program. We then perform a fitness assessment to diagnose what level of performance the client is currently at. We then set a long-term outcome that can be gained within a given time frame, and create manageable, short-term stepping stones to achieve along the way.
Work Hard on it
Improve your Performance
Every training session can involve a written record or log of assessment. Each workout or play station provides a measurable, quantitative outcome, making it simple and easy to take note of progress and work to improve beyond that. As they progress we increase the level of difficulty and create more complex and dynamic workouts to cater to developing ability.
Achieve your Destiny
As we mentioned before, setting short-term, reachable goals that can be achieved to fulfill an ultimate long-term goal is essential. We perform assessments to evaluate clients prior to, during, and after a seasonal period, to gain an understanding of performance over a long-period of time.
Workout of the Day
This tool uses your body as it’s own weight to perform a number of unique, dynamic, and difficult resistance exercises.
Help learn to maintain your balance by practicing on our different balance boards, with a number of different sizes available to cater to your level of skill.
Be pitted between three towers and hit the targets that light up as quickly as possible. Improve reaction time and accuracy with varying levels of difficulty.

Sarah T Grade 12"The trip to Fitness 4 Success was awesome! The combination of interactive gaming with physical exercise was a whole lot of fun. You don’t realize how hard you’re working, until the burn sets in the day after. The TRX was also pretty cool."
Cody H"F4S’ fitness program was really the first to show me how off-ice conditioning could directly improve my on-ice performance. His in-season and off-season workouts increased my speed, strength and balance while keeping me in top condition."
Paul Rodrigues OPJHA player"In pervious years, I never wanted to work out and didn’t enjoy it either. Now I’m always ready to go, and now in the best shape I’ve ever been in. I feel better about myself, and on the ice I’ve never been better. Thank you."
