About our Day Camps
Kater 2 Kids Fitness is committed to the health of Canadian Youth. Our professionally trained staff will introduce a unique combination of fitness, sports, nutrition, and technology programming to help kids get moving while having fun!
Our age-specific camps promote the enhancement of one’s knowledge and performance in sports like hockey, football, volleyball, basketball, track & field, tennis, soccer, ultimate frisbee, and more. We provide a focus on coordination, balance, flexibility, and strength development.
Sample Day
Ages 4-6: Greeting circle, warm-up/ice-breaker games, stretching, morning workout session, team games (soccer, tennis, etc.), nutrition for kids (smoothie time)
Ages 7-12: Greeting circle, warm up/ice-breaker games, dynamic stretching, speed and agility work, full body fitness, team games (track & field, basketball, golf, etc.), nutrition seminar/smoothies
Ages 12-16: Teen Leadership program
Along with our regular program we also plan for guest facilitators to come in to teach workshops on nutrition, yoga, dance, martial arts, and more. We also end off the camp with a talent show showcasing performances of each individual (or group) that they have rehearsed throughout the week.

- Sibling Discount – 10% off per child
- Subsidies are available for families experiencing financial hardship.
