Field Trips

  • Our field trips are designed to be interactive and educational. The primary goal of our program is to complement the terrific work that teachers do with their students. Learning materials that are customized for specific age groups are provided for each student to record their progress during their strength training and Interactive fitness activities. All children will play through a video game circuit that will have them exercising their bodies and working up a good sweat. Children and youth will also participate in a nutritional seminar that will teach them the benefits of healthy eating, which will be supplemented with a delicious smoothie.
  • Our structured program is based on the Ontario Physical and Health Education curriculum guidelines, and we customize our activities to meet the age and physical development of the students. Our certified facilitators will help guide children through each activity and train them to perform to the best of their ability.

How to fund your next trip!

    • A majority of field trips are paid for by parents and are not covered by a school’s physical education budget.
    • We provide a Sample Fundraising Form for kids to collect the funds for their trip in a unique way.
    • The preparation for the trip can involve a ‘Mini Olympics’ which would include 3 easy to plan fitness challenges. For example, the fundraiser would perform push-ups, sit-ups, and skipping and raise funding based on how many repetitions they can perform. We will provide Guest passes to the top 3 participants.
    • This competition also offers a leadership component for older students to work with younger kids.
  • The facility can accommodate up to 80 participants per trip. We encourage teachers to combine classes, or team up with other teachers.
